Fish markets in Flushing

Helps to evaluate ecological footprint of New York City. Lets us see how much City consumes in natural resources. As more immigrants arrive their consumption patterns expand the footprint even further. The examination is part of the work of ecological artist Brandon Ballangee who is monitoring fish consumption in New York City.
