A discussion, book signing and reception The Human/Nature series is pleased to announce the second event in its landmark series in honor of the 40th anniversary of Alan Sonfist's Time Landscape.

The Time Landscape, located at the intersection of Houston and La Guardia Place in lower Manhattan, is a replanted, pre-colonial forest that reveals the physical environment of Manhattan before the city was the city. He is one of the conceptual instigators of the influential Earth/Land Art movement of the 1960's.

Speakers will include:
Alex Brash, Regional Director, National Parks Conservation Association
Alan Sonfist, Artist, "Time Landscape (1965-1978-Present)"
